Hi, I’m Heather, and I create DIY craft tutorials for beginners.

I started Crafting Through Life because I wanted a place where creativity felt genuinely accessible. Not the kind of crafting that requires a perfectly organized studio, a huge budget, or hours of free time, the kind you can actually do on a Tuesday night with supplies that are easily accessible.

This site is the expanded home for everything I create: detailed DIY craft tutorials for beginners, honest supply recommendations, and the extra tips and context that don’t fit into a short-form video.

The TikTok Community

What started as a small experiment has grown into a community of 17,000 followers on TikTok (@crafting_through_life), where I’ve published 100+ step-by-step tutorials focused on approachable DIY and everyday creativity.

I’m also active on TikTok Shop, where I share the tools, kits, and supplies I actually use, so you can go from watching a tutorial to grabbing what you need without the guesswork.
